Pensacola keeps landing on lists of the rainiest cities in the country, and the water-damage calendar here reflects it. Hurricane season gets the headlines, but most of the water we chase has nothing to do with a named storm: supply lines and water heaters that let go in older houses around Cantonment and Milton, roof leaks that show up as a ceiling stain three rooms from the actual hole, and the quiet one — air-conditioning condensate lines that clog in July and drip into a wall cavity for weeks in subdivisions across Pace. Humidity this heavy means wet material doesn't dry on its own here. It just waits.
We built this company around where the metro is actually growing. Santa Rosa County has added more than eight percent to its population in three years, most of it in Pace, Navarre, and Gulf Breeze — thousands of newer slab-built homes whose builder-grade plumbing is now reaching the age where fittings fail. The north-side and east-side suburbs are our first responsibility; Pensacola proper is in the service area too, and we take those calls gladly.
